Card Submission Terms.

​Judgment is the official brand of our card game, owned and operated by Wicked Games LTD. Wicked Games, LTD (“Wicked Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is pleased you want to share your ideas for Judgment. Before you submit, please read these terms which explain how we handle submissions. By submitting any ideas, texts, jokes, stories, card concepts or other creative content (“Your Submission”), you agree to the following:

1. You’re Giving Us Permission to Use It. When you submit anything to us, you’re giving us a permanent, free, worldwide license to use, change, share, and publish your submission in any way we choose, forever. We may use it in the game, marketing, or other projects, and we don’t owe you anything for it.

2. You Won’t Get Paid or Credited. We’re grateful for your creativity, but we don’t offer payment or credit for submissions. If we use your idea, that’s it — no money, no shoutout, no royalties.

3. We Might Not Use It. We don’t promise to use anything you send us. We get a lot of ideas, and some may be similar to yours. If we create something like your submission (or exactly like it), that doesn’t mean we copied it from you.

4. You’re Not Getting It Back. Once you submit something, it becomes the property of Wicked Games LTD. Don’t send anything you want to keep or keep private, we won’t return it and we’re not keeping it confidential.

5. You Guarantee It’s Yours. By sending a submission, you promise:

• You created it yourself.

• It doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.

• You’re legally allowed to submit it.

• You didn’t take it from anyone else.

6. Don’t Share Private Information. If we ever ask you to share personal info (like in a form), it’ll be handled according to our Privacy Policy. But if you decide to share personal details on your own (like putting your name, email, or address in a submission), that’s on you. We don’t recommend it, and it’s not covered by our Privacy Policy.

7. You Won’t Sue Us Over This. By submitting, you agree not to sue or make any legal claim against Wicked Games, our team, or anyone we work with, no matter how we use your submission. You waive any right to damages or other legal action.
